After eight years in operation, two new divisions of KAF Consulting Group were established in 2024: Reframing Purpose and Rephrase Filmworks. Both divisions were born out of a shared commitment to good strategy, sound governance and authenticity, with a purpose-led focus on environment, social and governance (ESG) principles.
The Reframing Purpose Method facilitates organizational purpose discovery that informs sound corporate strategy in alignment with ESG principles. Led by a team of experts, Reframing Purpose provides strategy, comprehensive workshops, facilitation, change management, ESG mapping and integration, and preparing the groundwork for ESG reporting standards. All management consulting services are tailored to driving a positive impact on people, the planet and profit for government, health and education enterprises.
Rephrase Filmworks addresses the glaring need for story editors, story consultants, cultural consultants, writers and producers that deliver authentic, nuanced projects by and about women of colour. Collaborators in this division partner with production companies to ensure they get representation right — supporting broad audience appeal and strong returns for producers of content on screens of all sizes through authentic POV narratives. The Story Consultants' Collective and Rephrase Table Reads are two industry-leading initiatives in the Rephrase Filmworks portfolio.
